Season 2025-26 - Dates for the season
There are 65 team entries this season, which requires a slight change to the divisional format for this season for Div 1 teams. The Premier divisions and Divisions 2-7 will be based on the usual format of 8 teams per division, with each team playing the others 3 times (21 matches), although Division 2 will only have 7 teams, so they will play a total of 18 matches.
Division 2 will consist of 10 teams, each playing the others twice, a total of 18 matches. As a result, the season for Div 2 teams will start, and will resume in January, a week later than for the other divisions and the Christmas break will also start a week earlier.
Season starts (Prem and Divs 2-7) w/c 15 September. Div 1 starts w/c 22nd Sept.
Christmas break week (Prem and Divs 2-7) w/c 22 Dec. Div 1 Christmas break starts w/c 15 Dec.
League recommences w/c 12 January (w/c 26 Jan for Div 1)
Final league matches w/ 23 March (all divisions).
Handicap singles etc tournament Sunday 23 November.
Closed championships Sunday 22 February.
Top 8s: Divs 2,3,4 – Monday 13 April; Prem and Div 1 – Tuesday 14 April (+ Challenge Cup final); Divs 5, 6, 7 –Wednesday 15th April.
AGM –Thursday 7th May (no separate presentation evening).
