Monarchs 7v3 Spinners

Monarchs Iain Johnstone was in sparkling form as he took a maximum and lead his side to a doubles win.
The evening started well for Spinners though, with Tim Cheek beating debutant Dave Beddall. However Iain and his team then went into overdrive to win the next 7 sets. Tomek beat Gary Jones and Neil Massa, and Dave also beat Neil.
Best game of the night was a real battle between Iain and Neil, which Iain won from 2 sets down.
The evening did finish on a better note for Spinners with Tim beating Tomek and Gary beating Dave.
