Belated update, due to me having been away, so .. a quick summary of the last three weeks of matches in Division 2 !

Three weeks back, Milton Keynes Sharks were sitting ten points clear at the top of the table, but, with a blank week, then just
their second loss of the season, 4-6 to Newport Pagnell Lagondas, they had dropped to second place, three points behind a
resurgent Woburn Sands Mosquitoes, who had picked up three big wins, 10-0, 8-2 and 9-1, spearheaded by the still unbeaten
James Molloy (after 21 sets), plus Rob McPheat on a winning run.  Although Rob extended his winning sequence up to 14 in
their 5-5 draw with Leighton Buzzard Spitfires, this week, Sharks countered with an 8-2 win against Milton Keynes Shambles,
as their top two, Derick Rodrigues (won 9 in a row) and Rupert Greyling won all their sets, to leave the top two teams level at
the two thirds stage of the season.

Lagondas picked up two further wins, 6-4 against Shambles and 7-3 against Little Horwood Wooden Tops, with Sue Lewis
claiming a maximum in their win at Little Horwood, and their steady form means they've now gone seven matches without
defeat, to leave them in third spot, seven points behind the two leaders.

Leighton Buzzard Spitfires had a win, a draw and a defeat over the three weeks, going down 4-6 to Wooden Tops, drawing
5-5 with the high-flying Mosquitoes plus an emphatic 8-2 win over Mursley Hawks, as Graham Silversides claimed a treble,
to leave them four points behind Lagondas.

Hawks run of two 2-8 defeats and a blank week has dropped them down to fifth spot, after briefly challenging for third spot
earlier in the season, losing out both to Mosquitoes and Spitfires, to drop them eight points back from Spitfires.

Wooden Tops have opened up a four point gap over Shambles at the bottom of the table, but are still thirteen points adrift
of Hawks, above them, largely thanks to their 6-4 win over Spitfires, whilst Shambles have now lost four in a row, going
down 4-6 to Lagondas, despite another Steve Jordan maximum, then 1-9 to Mosquitoes & finally 2-8 to Sharks this week.

Witht the final round of six matches still to go, it appears the title is between Sharks and Mosquitoes, whilst Wooden Tops
and Shambles appear destined to battle it out for the bottom two spots, however, with many close matches in the division,
things could easily change over the next few weeks?

Player of the three Weeks : Rob McPheat.
