On behalf of the whole league, the Committee would wish to congratulate Ed Londy on his 90th birthday. Ever the gentleman in his dealings with others, Ed is always a delight to be with. He is a former chairman and is a life member of the league.
Although his legal appearances for MK Allsorts have been more sporadic in the last few years than previously, it is tribute to his own stamina and determination that Ed has continued to enjoy this wonderful game. To be able to play league matches into your 90th year (now 91st) is a fantastic achievement.
Many congratulations Ed. We wish you well.
