BANDITS TAKE THE WIN AGAINST SASAKI
With both teams fielding strong sides, it was always going to be a close affair, Mike, Jamie and Matt took on Dan, Kelvin and Dakshin.
It wasn’t a great start for Matt, with road closures due to accidents making his trip to the centre a trial in itself.
Bandits raced to a 3-1 lead, Dan taking the only point for Sasaki against Jamie. Before Dakshin and Dan levelled the match with wins against Jamie and Mike.
Mike pulled off a great win against Dakshin in five to make it 5-3, leaving Matt with a chance to take the win in the ninth match in a tense five setter against Dan. It finished 17-19 in Dan’s favour to keep the match alive for Sasaki.
The task of ending the unbeaten record fell to Jamie, playing against Kelvin. Jamie took it in four to stop Sasaki being unbeaten at the half way stage of the season.

Well played all!
