New chat room now online

Due to popular demand a new chat room is now online on the newly created 'multimedia' page. The chat room uses a java applet, which means you will need a java viewer to be able to use it (some of you may already have it). These can be downloaded from Sun Microsystems.
To register a nick name when you get in the chatroom type /nick <desired nickname> (to change your nick if you need to), then /ns register <password> <email address>. Then every time you enter the room you will need to identify yourself by typing /ns identify <password>.
The same rules as the gustbook apply, namely:
- No spamming
- No flooding
- No swearing
- No posting links to illegal, pornographic or otherwise offensive sites or files
I would like to point out that I trust people from the league not to break these rules and realise that they may seem obvious, but they do have to be put in place anyway. If anything to stop people outside the league from posting inflammatory messages.
Lastly, enjoy using the chat room, let's hope it catches on and lots of people use it.
