Having established a new career as a freelance tabloid photographer with the infamous Atkins Gate pictures, Dave Murphy has decided to move on to bigger and better things and in doing so has unearthed perhaps the most sensational sports story since Shadow was axed from Gladiators.
The picture to your right shows Milton Keynes 'Likely Lad' Neil Riddy blatantly flouting the rules with a huge table tennis bat. In a statement, an MKTTL league spokesman said 'not so amazing is the fact that Neil was cheating, but more so the fact that he's actually managed to find a bat bigger than his own head.' Riddy refused to comment on the incident, but it is understood to be the main reason for him standing down as Fixtures and Registration Secretary at the League AGM (ironically being replaced by one Bernard Atkins.)
