Site updates

I have just made live a fairly large website update, which includes updates to the way some of the site looks. This includes league tables and averages and fixtures / results pages. Fixtures pages can now be sorted by clicking on the column headings, but the biggest improvement should be apparent when viewing on mobiles. Any columns that don't fit in the main view are initially hidden and the row can be expanded by tapping the green icon on the left-hand edge:

If anyone notices anything that looks odd, please do contact me and I'll look into it, It's been a fairly big job to find everything that needed changing, but I think I got it all.
